At Niche Food Group, our team drives, inspires, and creates everything that we are proud of. Their passion, expertise, dedication, warmth, and care define our restaurants, and we would not be who we are without them. We are wholly committed to their health, stability, and well-being, especially during this trying time.

The Niche Employee Foundation was initiated in 2020 in response to the pandemic as a way to support our team during an unprecedented time. Today, it continues as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) fund dedicated to assisting current and former Niche Food Group employees facing unexpected and exceptional financial hardships.

The Niche Employee Foundation relief fund offers grants to help cover essential needs. The fund is governed by a Board of Directors, which ensures the program meets its objectives, embodies the values of Niche Food Group, and grants all contributions appropriately. All grants are reviewed by the Board of Directors, which is made up of impartial representatives. They review funding requests and award support based upon established criteria.
