    Brasserie by Niche

    Bowood by Niche

    Opened in 2021 within Bowood Farms Garden Center in the Central West End, Bowood by Niche is a light-filled café built for daytime dining. With tall windows, potted plants, and natural textures throughout, it’s a serene escape for brunch and lunch surrounded by greenery. The menu focuses on local and seasonal ingredients, with a creative, fresh take on daytime comfort food.

    Pastaria Deli & Wine

    Located in downtown Clayton, Pastaria Deli & Wine opened in 2020 in the former Sardella space, evolving from a full-service restaurant into a more casual, market-inspired concept. Guests can grab sandwiches, salads, pantry staples, and retail wine, or sit down for a quick meal. It’s approachable, unfussy, and built for neighborhood convenience, with a thoughtful, Italian-forward culinary touch.

    Pastaria - St. Louis

    Since opening in 2012 in downtown Clayton, Pastaria has been a family-friendly Italian staple in St. Louis. Known for its fresh pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and casual, lively dining room, Pastaria celebrates Italian cooking with playful energy and local ingredients. Signature dishes like the cacio e pepe and the famous risotto balls keep it a perennial favorite for gatherings big and small.

    Pastaria - Nashville

    Opened in 2017, Pastaria Nashville brings the spirit of Pastaria to Tennessee, serving house-made pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and approachable Italian cooking in a bright, bustling space. With soaring ceilings, a lively bar, and giant windows that flood the space with natural light, it’s a welcoming spot for casual dining in the heart of Nashville.

    The Kitchen Bar

    Opened in 2021 inside midtown’s City Foundry, Kitchen Bar is a laid-back all-day bar serving regional beers, cider, seltzers, and craft cocktails. With a casual, open-air feel right in the middle of the Foundry’s Food Hall, it’s a favorite for happy hour, post-shopping drinks, or an easy gathering place for groups.

    Fordo's Killer Pizza

    Located within the City Foundry Food Hall and opened in 2022, Fordo’s Killer Pizza offers wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas with playful, globally inspired toppings. The casual counter-service setup keeps things approachable, while the bold flavors and housemade gelato elevate the experience.

    None of the Above

    Opened in late 2023, None of the Above (NOTA) is an intimate, subterranean cocktail lounge tucked beneath City Foundry. With moody lighting, velvet seating, and a speakeasy-inspired atmosphere, NOTA offers creative cocktails, curated small plates, and a setting built for slower, more intentional nights out.

    Expat BBQ

    Opened in 2024, Expat BBQ, the City Foundry’s only full-service restaurant, blends American barbecue traditions with international flavors — a reflection of global travel and culinary curiosity. The multi-level space features a lively terrace bar for casual outdoor dining and live music, and a dining room built for more relaxed communal meals. It’s BBQ, but with a passport.

    Porano

    Originally opened downtown in 2016 and revived in Des Peres in 2024, Porano is a fast-casual Italian spot where guests build their own bowls of pasta, grains, or salads with housemade sauces and bold, fresh ingredients. The new suburban location also features Detroit-style pizzas and a bright, modern dining space made for quick meals or family outings.
